Our Power Hoop is provides a spectacular training base for core body hooping. Weighing more than our Groove hoops, this hoop is meant to be used on the waist and hips to help condition and strengthen your core. Also called a weighted hoop, or fitness hoop, using a Power Hoop boosts your effort to make groove hooping easier.
