Welcome to Groove Hoops in Motion! I am so excited to be able to share the joy and serenity of hooping. My journey began in 2008 when I discovered hoops on a whim while I was in a large box department store looking for something fun and challenging to do for fun and fitness.  I came across hoops in the toy section, bought the largest one and was quickly frustrated to find I was unable to do it.
